On this very day 250 years ago in Charlestown, was the first major battle of the American Revolution. Today, we commemorate and honor the legacy of Bunker Hill, and the stories of each soldier and civilian who brought us to this point in history.
While we will never be able to know how it felt to stand on the battlegrounds of the American Revolution, we can keep our history alive through recreation and commemorative events.
